How do I know if my order has been successfully completed?
After successfully completing the order process, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This will contain the products you have selected.
What can I do if my order has arrived incomplete?
First of all, we would like to apologize that your order has arrived incomplete. Before you contact our customer service, please check your emails. It may be that we have sent some items in separate packages. It is also possible that we have already informed you that some items are not in stock and therefore could not be shipped, if this is not the case, please contact our customer service within 72 hours. Please state the relevant order number and send us photos of the shipping packaging. Please also keep the packaging until processing is complete. After 72 hours, we cannot guarantee that your case will be processed further.
What if I have received a faulty or defective item?
Please contact our customer service team at info@event-wear.com with the order number, the name of the faulty/defective item and a description of the fault. Please also send us a photo of the item showing it in full and pictures of the defective areas. We will then find a satisfactory solution to your request.
Why was my order not accepted or canceled?
If the items you have ordered are not available or your credit and identity check shows a negative result, this may result in your order being canceled or not accepted. For more information, please send us an email to info@event-wear.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to: info@event-wear.com. If you have already paid for your order, it can only be canceled if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Otherwise, you have the option of refusing to accept your order or returning it upon receipt.
Can I add more items to my existing order?
After completing an order, it is unfortunately not possible to add further items. If you would like to order more items, please place a new order
How do I place an order?
When you have found an item you like, please select the desired size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. All the items you have selected will be saved in your shopping cart until your order is complete. If you want to complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click on “Checkout”. Now follow the system's instructions, which will guide you step by step through the ordering and payment process. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail, in which your selected products are listed again, please note that this order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

Shipping information for the release of a new collection
Due to the very high volume of orders during the release of a new collection, shipping may be delayed for a short time.
What happens if my order is returned without having been delivered to me?
It is possible that your order could not be delivered to you for various reasons. If this is the case, please let us know if you would like the parcel to be sent to you again and give us the correct delivery address to which the parcel should be sent.
What should I do if I have not received my parcel?
If you have not received your order within the specified period or despite a confirmation from the post office, please contact us and give us the relevant order number. We will then initiate an investigation into your order.
Can I have my delivery sent to a Packstation in Germany?
We will be happy to deliver your parcel to a Packstation. With the Packstation, you can receive your parcels regardless of opening hours. Choose a Packstation near you from more than 12,500 locations. To guarantee a smooth process, follow these guidelines when filling out the input fields in the checkout:
First name: your first name
Last name: your surname
Company/ address 2: your individual postal number (e.g. 26842800)
Address: Packstation + Packstation no. (if you don't know the number of your Packstation, you can find it using the DHL location finder)
Postcode: Postcode of the Packstation
City: City of the Packstation
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
Were items damaged during shipping or are they missing from your order? In this case, please report the damage to the responsible shipping service provider within 7 working days of delivery and inform our customer service.

Please take the damaged parcel with the remaining contents to a post office. Then send us the letter stamped by the post office as an image or PDF by e-mail.
As soon as we have received the PDF or the picture from you, we will initiate a forwarding, provided the items are in stock, and our customer service will then inform you about the further procedure, please note that we cannot accept any liability if you do not contact us in time!
What happens if I have entered an incorrect delivery address?
If your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse, we can change your delivery address for you. Please contact us and let us know your correct delivery address.
My delivery address is different from my billing address. Is that a problem?
Of course not. You can easily enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address, just follow the instructions during the ordering process.
What do I need to bear in mind if I opt for express delivery?
At the moment we do not offer express delivery.
How high are the shipping costs?
You will find all information about the shipping costs when you complete your order.
How are the items delivered?
We offer insured EU-wide shipping with our premium partner DHL.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
When your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping service provider's website where you can track your order.

What is the best way to care for my product?
The care instructions can be found on the respective care label, which is located on the seam of the garment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team at any time.
My size is sold out. Will it be available again soon?
If an item is sold out, a subsequent delivery is unfortunately not planned.
